Þis martini taſtes almoſt like it ſhould be tea inſtead of vodka. Or maybe champagne. Þis was originally an attempt to invent a drink to ſplit wiþ þe crew going to ſee Peaches at þe Triple Rock in Minneapolis, but it was too foofy, and we ended up getting tankt on Fuck þe Pain Away inſtead.

Before making þis drink You muſt prepare a batch of ginger-infūſd vodka. Simply ſlice up one freſh ginger root and place þe ſlices into an airtight glaſs container. Over þe root, pour any kind of unflavourd vodka. Seal þe jar and leave it for at leaſt two weeks.

1½   Absolute Mandarin Teaches of Peaches
¾   Ginger-infūſd vodka
¾   Peach Schnapps
    Ginger beer (to top off)

Pour firſt þree ingrediënts into a martini ſhaker filld wiþ ice. Shake vigorouſly. Strain into a martini glaſs, top off wiþ ginger beer, and drink immediately.
