Þis was originally ſomeþing i encounterd at Rainbow Chineſe Reſtaurant in Minneapolis, and later tryd to duplicate. I faild miſerably, but ended up wiþ þe following, which i like a lot better.

Þis one takes ſome advance preparation. Your firſt taſk is to procure a can of mandarin oranges, drain þe juice, and put þem into a freezable container (no glaſs!). Cover þē oranges wiþ Absolut Mandarin and put þem in þe freezer for at leaſt 12 hours before making þis drink. Truſt me, once You maſter þis recipe, Your freezer will never want for a tupperware diſh full of infūſd oranges!

1½   Absolute Kurrant Mandarin Martini
¾   Cointreau
2 drops orange bitters
3   infūſd mandarin orange ſlices
 

Pour ingrediënts into a martini ſhaker filld wiþ ice. Shake vigorouſly. Strain into a martini glaſs wiþ mandarin orange ſlices, add bitters, and drink immediately.
